Diane Levy, Realtor
Diane has been fascinated with houses and building since she was a little girl. Diane’s father was an architect and she enjoyed peeking over his shoulder looking at floor plans and housing design.
Diane has been a Realtor since 1996, including a year and half of international real estate in Costa Rica. Her experience spans the highs and lows of the Denver metro markets; as well as the needs and cultural differences of buyers abroad. Diane has personally experienced upsizing with a growing family, downsizing as they’ve left the next, luxury condo living, new builds and fixer-uppers. Whatever stage you’re in, she can relate.

Colorado is Diane’s home. She grew up in Littleton and graduated from the University of Denver with a degree in Business and Marketing. She has great insights into home décor, creative promotion, and connecting with people. Diane has been married for over 35 year and has raised two wonderful, active daughters. Diane lives the Colorado lifestyle: Health and wellness, cycling, gardening, enjoying wine and dining, and of course, the Broncos!

James has been a Realtor since 2002. During this time, he has experienced the full spectrum of Denver’s economic climates and industry trends. Regardless of the market, James has been consistently recognized as a top agent from statistical and quality of client care standpoints.
James has first-hand experience with a variety of housing lifestyles, such as single family, town home and patio home, and condominium – urban, suburban, and resort – including the luxury market. He’s also spent three years selling second home and vacation properties in Costa Rica. James’ background and early livelihood was in the hospitality business, which cultured a strong service ethic. He’s also experienced in engineering software solutions, and thrives on the technical side of real estate.

I’ve served on multiple homeowners’ association (HOA) boards in leadership roles, and developed recognition for oversight of City and County development planning.
