It’s about where the jobs are, and where housing is affordable. I’ll suggest that as jobs move out of Denver’s core (as to the DTC or Broomfield), housing opportunities will grow accordingly. Similarly, lifestyle centers will expand in the suburbs, as we are clearly seeing around Lone Tree. I hear some folks are already commuting to the DTC from Monument – that’s a long ride each day – though homes are more affordable as you get further out.
