North Metro Denver gets hot!

Years ago, it was south metro Denver and the DTC that was growing out of control.  We not only saw the addition of light rail and the I-25 expansion to Castle Rock, we also an explosion of office space added.  While that space has only slowed a bit due to available land constraints, it’s the north corridor that’s now “on fire”.  Expect to see home values jump, especially as many of the people moving into our metro area (about 31000 per year) find this region more affordable.

The Denver Post published a good article recently.

At an economic outlook presentation I recently attended, it was shared that Boulder County has the 7th highest median home price in the country and rising quickly.  Denver’s not far behind at #14.
